The New Member Form should only be accessed by chapter advisors that wish to add their new class into the Rho Alpha Sigma Membership Database. No one besides the chapter advisor or their designee should utilize this form. Please enter the individual information asked below for each candidate that you are inducting into your Rho Alpha Member chapter. We ask that you provide all of the information asked for so we are able to maintain accurate records for our memberships. We will confirm receipt of your application once your file is complete.
